The Coyotes lost their sixth straight, Friday night in Revelstoke, 5-0 to the Grizzlies. The result could have been a lot worse if not for Hunter Arntsen, who stopped 43 of the 48 shots he faced.
Osoyoos was shutout in both meetings against Revelstoke this season.
It’s pretty difficult to win hockey games when you don’t put the puck in the net. The Coyotes have only scored six goals during their six-game losing streak.
Despite a 3-11-2-0 record, Osoyoos is still just one point out of a playoff spot, with games in hand, in the subpar Bill Ohlhausen Division. Places two through five remain up for grabs, with only the Princeton Posse above the .500 mark.
