Coyotes Take a 3-1 Stranglehold in the Series!

On the heels of one of their less flattering efforts of the season, the Coyotes put together a solid road effort in Princeton on Saturday night, defeating the Posse 4-1.

Jack Henderson opened the scoring just over eight minutes in, with Josh Bourchier (1G/1A) making it 2-0 less than two minutes later.  Ryan Bester and Zachary Park had the other Osoyoos goals.  Henderson was a part of all four markers, adding three assists.

Making his fourth consecutive start, Kenny Gerow stopped 30 of the 31 shots sent his way to record his third win of the post-season, unfortunately losing his shutout bid with only 6:51 remaining.

The Coyotes outshot Princeton 34-31, but continue to struggle on the powerplay, going 0 for 5.

The victory gives Osoyoos a commanding Three Games-to-One lead in their Bill Ohlhausen Division, Best-of-Seven, Semi-Final and a chance to wrap up the series on Monday night (Feb. 28th) at the Sun Bowl Arena (an 8:05 start).
