Noah Eisenhut and Tegan Neuman each scored three times in helping the Coyotes roll over North Okanagan 9-2, Wednesday night at the Sun Bowl Arena.
The game was actually the postponed meeting, originally scheduled to be played on New Year’s Day.
Osoyoos also got goals from Kaleb Kremp, Tyler Badger and Jack Henderson. Ethan Floris assisted on four of the nine goals. The Coyotes went four for seven on the powerplay, outshooting the Knights 44-30.
Kenny Gerow earned the win in net. He was replaced by Kenneth Marquart after two periods upon experiencing some discomfort, which isn’t expected to be anything too serious.
The victory was the sixth straight and third in less than three weeks over North Okanagan.
The (27-2-2-3) Coyotes will be put to the test when they host the Doug Birks Division leading Kamloops Storm on Friday night (Jan. 28th) at 7:35.
