Coyotes Parlay Quick Start into First Win of the Season!

Carter Yarish scored just 12-seconds into the game on Saturday night in Osoyoos, setting the Coyotes on the right track, which eventually turned out to be a 6-2 victory over the 100 Mile House Wranglers.

Hunter Harwood and Zach Park, with his first of two goals, gave the Coyotes a 3-0 lead after the opening period.  

Park added his second only 52-seconds into period two, with Charlie Lockhart and Jarrod Gale shorthanded rounding out the Osoyoos offence.  Ethan McKinley and Jack Henderson added two assists apiece.

Kenny Gerow earned the win in net, stopping 22 of the 24 pucks he faced.  The Coyotes outshot the Wranglers 31-24.

Osoyoos is right back at it on Sunday night, hosting the Fernie Ghostriders, beginning at 6:05.
